Trace McSorley

Trace McSorley is a 29-year-old quarterback out of Penn State, drafted in 2021, with five years of NFL experience. He is currently a free agent, so he has no team and no defined role. The data on file includes no production numbers, so there is nothing to show how he generates fantasy points.

There are no season stats for McSorley in 2026 or any prior year, so there is no per-game baseline to compare against and no trend to read.

The Clutch Edge projection has him at 14.6 points per game, but his overall rank of #298 among QB/RB/WR/TE puts him far outside anyone's lineup. Without a team, he can't be rostered in DFS, and in season-long formats he is a watch-list name at most. Signing with a team, and especially landing a path to starts, would be the only thing that changes this read. Until then, there is no case for rostering him this week.
